When we speak of the moral and ethical principles of Freemasonry only within the Lodge, they can become stale and routine recitations of ritual. But when we begin to live by these precepts and apply them in our dealings with our families, friends, and the society at large, not only will we have an effect on those around us, but also we will attract new members and Masons to our Lodges. Doric Lodge No. 25 invites you to attend the 136th Anniversary of Doric Lodge and the 112th Anniversary of the poem written by Past Grand Master Lawrence N. Greenleaf.
WHEN: Saturday, August 14, 2010
WHERE: Doric Lodge No. 25, 422 Hathaway St., and the
South Park City Museum in Fairplay, Colorado
PROGRAM:
- Open a Tiled Lodge of Masons in the Museum Lodge Room at 10:30 A.M.
- First or Second Degree work (first Section) followed by lunch at Doric Lodge
- Continue degree work after lunch
- Recitation of the “POEM” by David E. Kintz, Jr., Senior Warden of Doric Lodge No. 25.
- Adjourn to enjoy the Museum
COST: $15.00 per person for a catered lunch and admission to
the Museum.
All Masons and their families are invited to attend. Non-Masons may attend a program sponsored by the Museum.

Cornerstone Ceremony
By request of the City of Salida and Chaffee County, a cornerstone will
be laid for the newly renovated “Touber Building”
(old Denver Rio Grande Railroad Hospital),
located at 448 East First Street in Salida, Colorado.
The Grand Opening event will be the completion of converting the old
hospital into the new government offices for Salida and Chaffee County.
Date: Friday – April 30, 2010
Lodge Opens: 12:30 P.M.-140 West Third Street
Ceremony: 2:00 P.M.
* Light Lunch at Lodge Hall beginning at 11:30 A.M.
